Contracting Policy

The charter contract is made between the client and the owner of the yacht.

Obligations/safety measures:

We are obliged to obtain one of the client’s valid identification, through the UAE Coast Guards, therefore, before the client embarks on the ship, he/she must have their passport, a copy of his/her passport, a UAE residence permit, or UAE driver’s license must present before getting on board the hired chartered sport fishing, cruises or yachts.

-In accordance with UAE law, (Website) will not deal with or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned country.

The client must confirm the number of guests accompanying him/her on board at least 24 hours before the trip. We advise our customers to declare the age groups of their guests who will be joining them on the yacht, particularly children in their party.

The yacht is generally considered to have been handed over the moment the customer steps onto the yacht with his/her friends/guests and luggage.

The children are solely the responsibility of their parents or guardians. If no family friend is available to the board, groups consisting of one adult and a child (or children) under the age of eighteen may need to book a professional crew member to help. If this is the case, please explain at the time of booking that the ages of all participants mean friends, family members, or guests upon booking or arrival.

We will not be held liable for any liability or additional costs incurred as a result of injury, illness, or death. Furthermore, we regret that we cannot accept liability for any personal harm or injuries sustained by you or your guests while participating in recreational activities on or off the board. Sports, fishing, swimming, and other activities fall into this category.

Yacht Rental Dubai Marina

It is advised to wear flat shoes. We strongly advise against wearing heels because they can track in dust, mud, dirt, and even coal dust, which can damage the yacht’s room or deck. Our guests may, however, bring a pair of clean slippers or soft sandals to wear onboard.

When our clients charter with us, we provide them with the services of the yacht’s captain and a crew member, fishing and snorkeling equipment, and refreshments such as water, soft drinks, and ice.

Clients must respect the captain’s authority at all times. All navigational matters, as well as all equipment onboard and its use, remain solely under his control. Any activity considered unsafe by the captain may be prohibited. Any form of antisocial behavior is strictly prohibited. The captain is required to report any such behavior to the police and has the authority to cut the trip short if necessary. All such decisions are entirely at his discretion.
